My name is Agata. I work at the intersection of deep transformation and real-world leadership. My background includes 20 years in high-level leadership roles within European structures – leading teams, projects and systems at scale. After leaving the corporate world, I’ve been building my online coaching business for 3 years now. I’ve also gone through personal and spiritual transformation. Today, my work brings these two worlds together:

- sensitivity + leadership
- inner truth +external impact.
I created this space because I couldn’t find it myself.
